Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, Pet Paradise Supermarket, Inc. will accept a return on most unopened/unused items, with tags or in the original packaging, and proof of purchase within 30 days. We are unable to accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used: treat bags, bones & chews, canned or pouch food, supplements/ CBD products, and frozen items. No returns on clothing, collars, leashes & harnesses, and pet beds due to COVID. Returns that do not meet these stipulations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied!

Clearance merchandise is final sale.

Refunds

 

Refunds for items returned in-store will be processed at the time of returned transaction and are processed to your original form of payment, either cash or automatically to the original card used. Refunds issued to a card may take 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Proof of Purchase

 

Acceptable proof of purchase is defined as a physical, emailed, or digital receipt from Pet Paradise Supermarket, Inc. Purchases unable to produce a receipt in any of the stated methods are not eligible for return.

By placing your order through our website you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Orders must be placed by 1:30 pm Monday-Saturday and get it delivered the same day! There will be no deliveries on Sunday. Orders will be delivered between 3:30 pm-7:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be fulfilled the next day. The minimum purchase is $5.00+. No returns on Clothing, Collars, Leashes & Harnesses, and Pet Beds due to COVID. If not satisfied with the purchase you have 7 calendar days from your purchase date to return or exchange with the receipt and can only be done in-store. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Package (s) will be left at your door unless special instructions are provided (no inside delivery). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are delivered.
